I live next to a restaurant that plays loud music late at night. The only thing between us is an empty parking lot for the business with no physical barrier. Is there anything we can do to keep them from playing their music so loud at all hours of the night?
I want to be on good terms with the owner as he seems like a nice guy, but want to anonymously have him realize that its a bit noisy and maybe he should just turn it down. Are businesses obligated to play music up to a certain point and do they need to prepare their establishment to keep noise at a reasonable level?
