What can I do about harassing questions, and someone point gaming/cheating?

This person posted a question about me, and even decided to star their own question using their other accounts. (Three accounts actually. They even have the same avatar face.)

What can I do? I have her blocked, but she still asks questions about me.
She finally blocked me, so I can't.
