stuffed habanero peppers are great! for the stuffing use a pound of jimmy dean breakfast sausage, add a cup of cooked wild rice, 6 oz. shredded sharp cheddar, minced garlic and minced onion, 2 eggs and 3 oz. of brown sugar

mix it all in a bowl now cut the tops off of the habs and stuff them. bake at 350 for 30 - 45 minutes

If it's nice weather you could do some chicken/lamb and vegetable kebabs on the bbq. Or you could grill them.

Cut red bell pepper and onion into chunks.
Use chicken breast or neck of lamb; cut into chunks.

Make up a marinade of 6 tbsp olive oil to 2 tbsp cider or wine vinegar. Add a couple cloves crushed garlic; dried thyme and curry powder like madras (or your own mix of spices). Add the veggies and meat. throw in some button mushrooms and cherry tomatoes and marinade for at least an hour.

Thread onto scewers with fresh bayleaves in between in you have them, and bbq!! Yummy and really easy. Serve with a blob of plain yogurt.
