What can I buy to play my flash drive on my car stereo?

I already got my flash drive and I want to get something I can hook into my car and play songs off my flash.hope someone out there can help.thanx in advance.
 
you need a headunit that supports USB and playing from a flash drive. there are a handfull out there and some cheap ones you may want to look into.
