What can go wrong with a Honda CRX HF if the distributor touches the positive post on...

...the battery? It's a 1989 Honda CRX HF. The distributor power wires were hooked up to the distributor and it was being installed when it touched the positive post on the battery. Now it has no spark. New distributor has been put in. Still no spark. Fuses under the hood have been checked and are all good.
