What can cause a body controller to go out on a 92 chrysler new yorker?

We had someone replace the fuel rail which was leaking. When we picked up the car the headlight covers and the delayed wipers were not working. When we pointed this out to them they lied saying that it was that way when we came in and that they didn't touch anything electrical. According to the service manual, there are several electrical parts that had to be undone and reconnected. I don't see how something like this can just happen to go out the one day they had car.
p3200tmz- If they didn't do anything wrong, why did they lie. The headlight covers were working when they drove it back and weren't when we picked it up it was plain to see. They did do things with electrical parts: the negative battery cable, the AIS, TPS, MAP sensor, and DIS.

they didn't lie.

you have an old car.

things WILL and DO go wrong.

unplugging injectors and parts related to the intake manifold will NOT effect the headlamp covers and wipers.

before go accusing honest people of wrongdoing, try checking all the fuses with a testlight, if you don't find a blown fuse, try disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes and reconnect to reset the computers.
