What can be for the 1-3rd prize for my pool party?

Ok, so on the last day of school I am having a pool party. I am planning to have some kind of contest on the diving board and I am the judge. What should be the 1st 2nd and 3rd prize?

I was thinking:

1st- A kite my dad bought that we never opened
2nd- A bag of candy
3rd- ???

I really don't know what should be third... Also if you have better ideas on what 2nd and 1st should be then just tell me. Thanks!!! :)
 
1st. kite (good idea)
2nd. small cheap water guns
3rd. candy bag
other ideas
-king sized candy bars
-if its girls cute summer flip flops
-any water toy
-water balloons
-bubbles(: we are all children at heart
