new rims,no biger than 22" because of clearance,with low profile tires. mirror tint on the glass.a small rear wing.chrome around the bottom of the fenders.a good candy color paint,green looks good.chrome exaust tips.2 to 5 grand.
maintanence, brakes, fuel filters, transmission(especially automatic), fixing cost range $50 to $1000. If your bud is give you the car, than the cost of fixing is nothing compared to actually buying a used car and fixing it.
