What can be done about these spam bots?

I noticed an innovative type of spam bot running amok on Yahoo Answers and thought I should warn people about it.

A 'Tomas B' asks about Clone2Go, a converter that he's been told by many to buy. 'Tony Blair' then confirms that it's a great product, putting a bunch of stars atop his post, like so: ?????

Others plugged for this Clone2Go thing, too.

The thing is, the exact same conversation about Clone2Go happened four times in a row, with the exact same Tony, Tomas, words and ?'s. The only difference is that it happened to be in different video related categories.

Looking at Tomas' answers, he keeps on suggesting people get a web-video-player, likewise putting a row of ?'s atop most of his posts. He's gotten a surprising amount of best answers from bots suggesting other similar products.

The chain goes on. The spammers who gave Tomas the best answers likewise answer other questions with stars atop of their posts. More fakes give them best answers and so on.

There's a shocking amount of spammers pushing for these products if you search.

The problem is, Yahoo seems to ignore my reporting of him. He's almost "real" enough to fool the mods.

So yeah... What can be done?
