What cable do I use for my TV out on my Nvidia card?

My card is a "NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GSO", and for some reason isn't using a s-video cable. All it says on the back of the card is "TV OUT".
The number of pins on the top and bottom layer are 4 and 3, respectively.
If anyone knows what kind of cable or adapters I would need that would be wonderful.
