I am a new immigrant (about a year) in Perth WA. My background is in IT but I am ready for any kind of business. I'd like to buy a shop and run a business for myself and my wife. We can invest for buying a shop. We live SOR and we believe that SOR is more live, vibrant and businesses can gain more than other palaces.
Question 1:
What kind of business do you propose that we run as a family?
Question 2:
Where do you propose to buy? We prefer not to pay very much in the begging for starting the business and if it is successful we can spend more to buy another shop or a bigger shop.
Question 3:
Is it a good idea to buy a franchise? As we don't want to pay these high prices of franchises. If we have to, what franchise worth buying?
Question 4:
Do the banks help us with buying a shop? I mean do they give us a loan? (at the moment I'm a FT employee and I've got a credit card)
