I am 13 years old and looking for a potential horse for trails, western pleasure and other western events. I have had a little over 2 years professional lessons and riding just for fun for about a year now without lessons. I can walk, trot, canter mainly interested in western but am capable of riding good english. I am looking for a fun horse to ride and show with, who may like to go fast, or test a rider sometimes but still generally willing. I also like a little bit of 'flash' to a horse. I understand that all horses are different, but speaking in general for a breed (so searching available horses in the area is easier) I have looked at a lot of Quarter Horses, but I think that there are also horses that are great other than Quarters.
I have done trail rides (walk, trot, canter on flat ground), Know how to saddle, bridle, tie, know some diseases, and know how to take care of hooves, prepare for show etc.
