WHAT BREED IS THIS PUPPY???(LOTS OF PICS INSIDE)?

VET SAYS SHE IS MIXED WITH BLACK LABRADOR RETRIEVER. I POSTED THIS QUESTION A COUPLE WEEKS AGO BUT SHE WAS SMALLER. WE'VE ONLY HAD HER FOR A WEEK AND IS GETTING TO A NORMAL WEIGHT CLOSE TO THE 20's. We rescued her from a nursery( she was about to die from malnutrition) and she is the sweetest thing in the world. Her coat is black with and some dark dark brown only noticeable in the sun. her fingers(not the whole paw) has a bit of white. We love her SO much. I'll love to know what breed she might be mixed with BESIDES the black lab, just curious....any ideas??ALSO, just turned 4 months

My guess is german shepherd. The only reason I say this is the head looks ssooo much like my black german shepherd when he was a puppy. And between his fingers is white (his dad was black and silver). But I guess my guess is way off comparing to other peoples answer.
 
I'm not exactly sure what It's mixed with but I've seen a lot of dogs that look like this and I love them. I think their so beautiful!
