What breakfast foods can I eat that won't make me feel so tired in the morning and

early afternoon? My tyipcal breakfast includes oatmeal with rasins, brown sugar, cinamon, and soymilk if I have any, OJ or some kind of fruit juice, some more fruit of some kind, and coffee if I have time. Occasinally I'll just have pb on whole wheat toast. But yet I still feel really tired in the early morning and afternoon. Should I just get more sleep, because I know I'm lacking that. But yeah, any breakfast ideas, or caffiene substitutes.I'm trying to cut out my coffee consumption.
