...doesnt wash out fast? Im looking into dying part of my hair pink or purple.. but im not sure what brand of hair dye to get, ive tried the hot topic kind but it didnt really work and wasnt very bright and ive tried punky colour but it washes out and fades in like a week...

what do you suggest????? any ideas????
PS: also i dont need to pre-bleach my hair im already a very light colored blond naturally.. just need the color!!!
