What bracket or specific part does the idler pulley mount onto on a 98

cadillac deville 4.6L northstar? What bracket or specific part does the idler pulley mount onto on a 98 cadillac deville 4.6L northstar? there mite be 2 idler pulleys but the one im asking about is closest to the alternator. Is it the water pump assembly maybe?
 
I checked Auto Zone and they only show 1 idler pulley. It should be mounted on an arm with a spring inside it. Which would be an idler arm. If not, then it probably has an adjustment bolt underneath it. You have to loosen the bolt holding on the pulley to adjust it.
