my mum was listening to radio 2 a few weeks ago and heard them discussing a kind of self help book that discussed a variety of things. for example you should keep a torch in your car and what dating websites or tips work ect. Can anyone tell me what book it was? I should have checked online ages ago but i forgot and its no longer on the bbc website. Thanks.
