what book should i read next?

im 16 and the last two books i read were a thousand splendid suns and the kite runner i REALLY enjoyed those books especiallly a thousand splendid suns i believe it is my favorite book...i like books that are alot like the two i just mentioned...the ones that deal with real life situations that you can relate to and is a book you must read before you die...oh and i tend to like books that are for older and more mature readers
please dont say twilight or any other vampire book!!!
