It is about a girl who's father died. On christmas night her and her BFF go off to the grave yard to put candles on her fathers grave. While searching for the grave stone the girl falls into a mausoleum. In it she finds a little coffin with a boy in it. there is a purple plant growing out of his chest which the girl takes and later eats. She develops powers and can see things that no one else can. The only one who believes her is her BFF. Add to that a scary stalker ex-boyfriend. What book is that?
