I really liked this book but I read it ages ago and can't remember much about it. I remember there being a detective kind of person who travels to.. antarctica or somewhere where these evil people were building massive massive ocean liners (like whole countries on ships) with the plan of destroying the world and starting fresh with a new, obselete civilisation. the main guy was a blonde haired douche who was and who's sisters were all 'perfect' human specimens, and they wanted a new civilisation of humans with perfect genetics. i think they were german or swiss or something. i remember the detective person and this love interest girl finding the ice hangars and infiltrating it and exposing their plan and stuff. i'm sorry i can't provide much better information, but if this sounds like something you've read or heard of please tell me what it is!
