I wanted to know if only the Nextel Blackberry phones could be flashed to Boost.
Or if phones from like At&t and t-mobile could be flashed as well.

You should speak to a rep at MobileUnlockers. The link to then are below. They have flashing and unlocking software there. You can flash any device givin you have the usb cable or know how to use your blueooth on your pc correclty
