What bike should i get a yz125 or a yz250/yz250f or a rmz250?

I am 16 years old i am 6"2 almost 6"3 i weigh about 150pounds and i was wondering if the yz125 was to small and if i should get another bike listed. Any help will be appreciated so thanks. i am new to riding and am going to be racing. so i don't know what bike to get thanks for any help you can provide
