my dad recamends the hayabusabecause it was his first bike
i used to have a pocket bike (49cc) and after riding that i think im ready for a 1400 or 1300cc im well expeienced with my 49cc but its just not enough power

Are you kidding me? Listen to those other guys. This is how you learn correctly. Start at 50-125cc and get some miles and familiarity. Then get motorcycle permit or license and take the Motorcycle Safety Course. Follow their teachings to the letter. Now start riding at least 1-2 thousand miles on a bike from 125-500cc. After that you should buy the 600cc GSXR or Ninja and learn to turn it on a track if you can or ride it carefully on the streets for a another few thousand miles. After that IF you can handle the power you might do well on a 1300cc+ bike. If you don't graduate this way you might not live past 50.

omg neither, that is way too much for a beginner bike please DO NOT get caught up in the hype, that bike is really heavy so if u drop it you will have a time getting it back up, also they cant turn as easy and a major part of learning to ride it learning to turn & lean & take corners, it will be hard w/ those big bikes, get yourself a nice clean suzuki gsx-r 600 or maybe even a 750 and learn how to ride the CORRECT way please then work your way up

Suzuki SV650s or 600 Bandit. A Hayabusa is not usually a good decision for a first bike nor is a Ninja 1400, but you already know that don't you?

Please look up the definition of a SQUID and realize that applies to you because of this question. No intelligent individual would try to rock anything with 1300 CC's for their first bike. No reputable bank would touch that loan, and good friggin luck getting someone to insure that ride.
