What Beauty Brands Do Not Test On Animals?

I was shocked to find out that L'Oreal test on animals (they put products in live rabbits eyes, they scratch the skin off animals and rub in products - OUCH!) I know that a few big brands do test on animals, but which don't? (Preferably products in the UK - shampoos + make up brands)
