What bar or restaurant is between Southbay and Orange County?

I'm having a party at a bar or restaurant. I have friends in Orange County and the Southbay. What place in in the middle? somewhere in between, friends in both places wont be driving too far.

The only thing that is really needed at the place is alcohol. whether it is a restaurant or a bar does not matter.
