What backspacing do i need for 16x8 rims on a silverado?

I am looking at upgrading rims and tires on my 03 silverado 1500. i want to get 285 75R16 tires, and i am looking at a set of rims that are 16 x 8 with 5 in. of backspacing and a +12 mm offset. I dont want the tires to rub and i am wondering how far they will stick out past the fenders. I will also be getting a leveling kit to clear the tires.
