The iPhone internet is through Safari and is 3G speed... if that's what you mean, there is no other browser like the iphone because it uses Safari, but there are other 3G speed phones.
internet is internet, if you have a phone with it then it is, my phone uses skyfire, and opera, both much better than Safari, ( they have full flash in screen, plays just like on web)
