What att phone should I get?

I am 13 and I love to text. I have unlimited texting.

I want a touchscreen phone.. right now I have a blackberry curve...I want a full keyboard and something that I can personalize.

Some phones that I kinda like are...the backflip, the mythic..the impression, ect
