You need to get more fuel into the engine, and you need to move the byproducts of this out faster.
You need a good intake manifold.
You need a larger carburetor.
You need a good st of headers and mufflers.
If the engine is tired, you need to rebuild it first.
Look up "Summit Racing", on line, they have the stuff you need and they offer advice as well.
