Are you jumping on the band-wagon with the idea that health insurance be mandatory for all legal US citizens and if you cannot afford to pay for it yourself...the US tax payers will? Well, heck...why don't we all just go file for bankruptcy then! From the sounds of it, if you make less than $16K a year...you qualify.
