should not sending those overseas ballots be an impeachable offense or is it no big deal soldiers do not deserve them?
I have my own opinions on what the punishment ( if any ) should be. I'm curious to find out the thoughts of others.

Illinois the presidents home state as well had several counties that did not send their ballots overseas. Is there a link or just a stretch?
