My mom is getting a divorce over a awful piece of sh*t marriage(to put it kindly). For many years I asked why is she married to him. Now she woke up and smelled the roses. She found a lawyer but she is not taking it seriously.
My mom started the divorce late September. The lawyer keeps on asking a rewrite on the budget and claiming the she has more serious cases. I have help my mom over the budgets along with his demands. They agree with the terms two moths ago. The lawyer is not happy on what they agreed upon. She is stalling even more.
She is asking aging to rewrite the terms of the agreement. We both want to move out of state and the house she is renting is coming to an end. Now the lawyers is make even longer due to the holidays and making harder to find a judge to grant the divorce.
