A 21 yr. old man made a $100- bet (not sure w/ who or how many but we can conclude the bet was w/ associates) that he could fit in swing at the park (I'm assuming it was a baby swing). He lubed himself w/ laundry soap. Several hrs. later the grounds keeper was alerted by the mans cries as the man was unable to extricate him self f/ the swing and he was abandoned that way.
