experiements? i just graduated from American Career College in 2008 and received my Medial Assistant Certification. However when I apply for jobs in the Medical Field they are asking for a minimum requirement of a year or two in the medical field. i don't understand how someone who recently graduates can have experiment. would these employees fall in the category of discrimination?
