married 1.3yrs? I got married July 19,2008. My husband didn't not provide any form of Financial support (BAH) till June 1, 2009. He asked for a divorce March 2009, about a month and half after being deployed. I want to know what my rights are. I looked up the BAH for Fort Hood on Military.com it stated $950, that is not the amount I am getting.
 
BAH entitlements are based on geographic duty station, pay grade, and date of dependency status. By looking at the chart below, you should be able to get the exact info you are asking for. Click on BAH for your state. For legal matters (financial support), contact the Judge Advocate General's (JAG) office.
