What are your favorite fantasy books?

I don't mean books like the "sexy" romance novels. I mean books like Twilight and The House of Night. I like both series and I was wondering if there were any other books like them. Books about vampires, etc... Nothing truly evil though. Please give me the title and the author. The more the better. Whoever lists something I'm interested I will give you 10pts!
If you like other books please let me know them I will look them up and see if I like them too.
 
Oh, the Song of Ice and Fire series by George R. R. Martin are some of the best fantasy books you'll ever read. They aren't much like Twilight though.

The characters in these books don't fit neatly into the black and white good guy/bad guys dichotomy. There are a lot of shades of grey there. And Martin has absolutely no qualms about killing off your favorite main characters right and left, so, be forewarned.
