Ok there is no gym close to where I live and we don't have a weight set at my new house. All we have is the dip-pull-up stand and I try to use it as often as possible. And I see people like Bartendaz and Gymnasts And I really want to have that kind of strength and power and since there are no gymnasts schools close to hear or gyms near I'll have to use to keep myself in shape. So what are ways or routines I can do to build up my physique and strength. One Example of extraordinary strength I would like to be able to do is Handstand Push ups without a wall. Answers would help me a lot and ya get points for it so c'mon and answer please I'd appreciate it enough for a best answer lol
