I'm taking my ex to court to try and get custody of my son. What are some things that I need to point out on both sides? I can't afford a lawyer either so am I best going about this myself or should I use the public defender?
Also Im going in asking for sole custody, she's unfit to take care of a child, she has even admitted to me that she cant afford to take care of him, and MANY other factors (example: Letting our 3 yr old son watch Rob Zombies Halloween)
