what are these unexplained bumps all over my body im getting every night lately??

So about a month ago, every night, i get these bumps for some reason. WTF IS IT? It just started happening. I know its not an allergic reaction because nothing was changed and it only happens in the evening and when i wake up, its gone. HELP PLEASE
 
just guessin here but they could possibly be bug bites? i do know that there is a huge almost epidemic they have been mentioning on the nightly news(national) now and then over the past six monthjs or so. for some reason bed bugs appear to be popping up like everywhere. what i saw in that pic really does look like either welts or bites. do some searching on bed bugs and other lil critters that can actually just 'be' in our beRAB with us when we sleep? its really kinda creepy to think about having these lil critters in our beRAB. but it IS out there. i would very very thoroughly check your mattress/box spring to see anything that may possibly be there. the lil bugs usually tend to hide along the seems of matresses from what i have heard.

since this is only happening at night when you sleep,this just 'could' be one possible that neeRAB some checking out. also, try sleeping like on your couch for a couple of nights and see what happens? at least it would show whether or not the mattress or something with your actual bed is the culprit? good luck with this and please DO keep me posted.
