I got cut on my arm a few days ago, I had to get it stitched, they gave me a tetanus shot, wrapped it up with some poly, and sent me on my way. The day after I started noticing these tiny little red lumps that kind of look like small zits, or enlarged pores minus the pus on the surrounding skin near the wound. It's not full on patches, they're about 3-5mm apart, there is only about 10 or so, but seem to be escalating as time goes. I am keeping the area and wound clean, using polysporin, and fresh wraps as recommended. Any clue as to what it is?
If it helps, they're about 1.5-2.5 inches away from the wound itself.
