What are these intense back & stomach pains I am having!?

I am 20 years old and have no health problems. Until, all the sudden, in the past 2 weeks I am having intense stomach & back pains. They first started occurring in the middle of the night. I would wake with these intense pains, crying and feeling paralyzed. Now they are occurring during the day sometimes. I am constantly taking pain relievers such as tylenol, or ibus. But they dont do much.
I know they are not menstrual cramps. And Im not pregnant. And I do not currently have health insurance to see a doctor.
Any ideas as to what may be causing these pains!? Please help! :confused:

If it gets bad enough, go to an ER. They have to treat you despite the lack of insurance. And if you can't pay the bill, there are programs to help you. Better than not knowing and perhaps getting really sick.

Hello again... Thank u for trying to help.

The pains are like a very intense cramping. Like someone is twisting my insides. And like I'm being squeezed very tightly. All over my stomach and back... Not in one certain spot, all over. Making it difficult to breathe. Its awful.

As for my diet... Pretty normal. I don't keep track of my fiber intake but if it will help I suppose I could try to eat more. But I don't eat bad at all.
 
Go to the doc, I waited cause I did not have insurance and had gallstones,and had emergency surgery! it could be anything but dont wait till it gets worse, places will work with you on money=) Last resort, go to ER they will see you without any money up front!!
