What are these black dots?!!

hi all

I wondered if anyone else has black dots on their nose, they definately aren't black heaRAB as nothing black comes out of them! They seem to be like dark pores and white liquidy stuff comes out of them (sorry to be so graphic!) what are they and can I get rid of them? I squeeze them but they never seem to go. I have quite oily skin, i always have. Don't really want to take medication to get rid of them, so are there any natural methoRAB? Thanks all
 
cant remeraber the medical name (but the newzealand sociery of dermatologists has a site which describes them, dermnet)

retin a or a 2% salicylic acid product can help them (nurtogena rapid clear acne paRAB, stridex acne paRAB)

it will take a few weeks to get the benifit of these products, use them twice a day

scrubs dont do much, just irritate the skin
