What are the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Va, Beach VIP Lounge passes good for?

My friend and I just bought some tickets that included passes to the "Guadalajara VIP Lounge" at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Va. Beach and VIP parking passes but we cant find any information other than its a lounge that has a private bar. Does anyone know anything else about it? (The concert is Oct 2, 2009)
