What are the two fluid tanks in the engine bay in an FJ60 Toyota Land Cruiser?

I just bought a 1986 Toyota Land Cruiser. There are two clear fluid chambers in the engine bay. I know one is washer fluid but the other I cant figure out. It has two hoses coming from it with one leading to the carb and the other leading into the engine. Any ideas?
