what are the top universities/colleges for photography in canada?

i'm looking at applying at universities with good photography programs (prefeerably a 4 year program) i'm currently looking at ryerson, i'm and emily carr university. i'm also building my portfolio and have been told that it's good enough. can anyone tell me if they are good schools, or if there are others that have a good program?
i'm also applying to concordia
