What are most bicycle stealing techniques when you attach your bicycle to a massive or fixed object using a keyed chain? Do they cut the chain? Do they cut a piece of the object the bike is chained to? Do they unlock it using special techniques? Do they dismount the bike and steal the unlocked pieces?
