Hi. I am doing a project for one of my entrepreneurship classes. We have to create a business plan for a business and my team decided to create a Filipino restaurant in Brooklyn, NY (Cobble Hill neighborhood) that its main target is Asian families in Brooklyn. We are doing the financial part and we are a little lost with the costs of equipment (tables, chairs, cutlery, kitchen supplies in general), utilities, food, office supplies, and all the costs associated with opening the restaurant. I would appreciate if you could help me with some reliable links where I can find some useful info to take as reference for the financial part and complete the cash flow statement, balance sheet and income statement.
