What are the samples used by Portishead in 'Western Eyes'?

I want to know where the sample originally came from: "I feel so cold, // On hookers and gin..." (etc)

I was looking around for it, and there was mention of Sean Atkins, but I couldn't find it anywhere. Could someone please point me in the right direction, with a link perhaps?
