I see people on the street in NYC handing out fliers and stuff all the time, but Im not sure if they had to get a permit or anything to do so.
I want to do something similar, but more official than handing out a card for an invitation to a party. Are there any laws/regulations that I have to abide by to set up something in places like Bryant Park and union square?
