If your phone breaks before 2 year contract is up do you have to pay the whole price for the phone? Also, right now the LG Saber is on the "penny sale" for US Cellular.. Would it still be a penny if I wasn't getting a new contract? Like if I went in right now without my contract up, would I have to pay more for it?
